Tool setter description
The tool setting instrument are a high-precision switch (probe), a
hard alloy tetrahedron (probe) with high hardness and wear
resistance (probe), and a signal transmission connector (other
parts omitted).The tetrahedral probe is used to contact the tool
and transmit the force to the high-precision switch through the
flexible support rod installed under it.The on and off signals sent
by the switch are transmitted to the CNC system for tool direction
identification, calculation, compensation, access and so on through
the signal transmission connector.
Tool setter Features

instructions
1. Do not exceed the stroke of the tool cutter, otherwise the tool
cutter and the cutter will be damaged.
2. When touching the contact surface of the tool setting
instrument, please do not release it immediately, so as not to
damage the internal structure of the tool setting instrument.
3. When the tool cutter and the cutter contact is over, the cutter
should be lifted vertically away from the contact surface. It is
not allowed to move laterally, which will damage the tool cutter.
