Introduce
The overall layout of the machine tool is fixed in the gantry frame
structure, and the table is moved in the X axis on the base; the
column is fixed at both ends of the base, and the beam of the
headstock on the column is moved up and down by Z axis.
The distance between the spindle center and the guide rail is 50%
closer than that of the vertical machining center; 100% of the
worktable load is on the support surface of the base when moving;
the rigidity and stability are better than that of the large
vertical machining center, and the heavy cutting accuracy is
especially excellent.
Product Characteristics
1. Equipped with double helix and chain chip eliminator, automatic
cleaning waste residue.

3.The machine is imported from Taiwan spindle, large torque, high
speed, low noise, fully meet the requirements of boring, milling
and drilling. The standard oil cooler can reduce the temperature of
the spindle, prolong the life of the bearing and reduce the
accuracy affects caused by thermal deformation of the spindle.
4. According to the requirements of users, various forms of
accessory milling head can be provided to further expand the scope
of use.
5. The electromechanical control system adopts PLC and digital AC
servo control technology to realize high-precision and
high-reliability control.
6. Horizontal AC variable frequency vector control is adopted for
three-way feed of the machine tool to realize stepless speed
regulation.
7. The work table is set for touch screen, and the work table is
operated as suspension button station, convenient.
8. The longitudinal X of the machine table and the vertical Z
coordinates of the boring and milling head Y and the sliding pillow
can be configured with digital display devices for easy operation
and measurement

Q5:Warranty time
A5: 1) One year warranty. During the first year, if some parts need
replacing, we will free provide. And we offer life-long
maintenance. After warranty time, customers shall pay money for
component and express fee.We can provide debugging on site and
training for customers, but customers need to pay expense. In this
case, the customer will pay for air tickets between China and
buyer's destination and free provide accommodation and meals. 2)12
months warranty begins from the day when the machine arrives. If it
can’t work normally, my company will send engineers to your factory
within 24 hours after receiving your notice. We still support
maintenance for machine even warranty expires. Each cnc machine
leaving the factory will be along with related English instructions
including maintenance manual and operation manual.
