Introduce
The overall layout of the machine tool is fixed in the gantry frame
structure, and the table is moved in the X axis on the base; the
column is fixed at both ends of the base, and the beam of the
headstock on the column is moved up and down by Z axis.
The machine adopts gantry frame to fix and the working table moves.
The basic parts are made of high quality resin sand molding and
high strength cast iron, so that the machine can get high rigidity
and stable precision. The main castings are analyzed by finite
element method and the steel bars are arranged reasonably, which
fully meet the requirements of high torque cutting.

1. X/Y axis adopts heavy roller linear guide rail with high
precision.
2. Z-axis adopts extra-wide square guide rail with strong seismic
capability.
3.Z axis adopts double weight of hydraulic and nitrogen to ensure
the stability when moving up and down at high speed.

6. The Z-axis adopts a dual-motor drive structure, and its dynamic
