Introduce
The machine adopts gantry frame to fix and the working table moves.
The basic parts are made of high quality resin sand molding and
high strength cast iron, so that the machine can get high rigidity
and stable precision. The main castings are analyzed by finite
element method and the steel bars are arranged reasonably, which
fully meet the requirements of high torque cutting.

4. The key parts such as the bed, column and headstock of the
machine are made of Meehan castings, which are stable in structure
and maintain quality forever. The castings are calculated and
analyzed by the finite element analysis method. The reasonable
structural strength and the matching of the ribs provide
highrigidity of the machine. The casting structure adopts one-piece
molding technology, the box structure, and the processing adopts a
large five-face processing machine, and the machining is completed.
The machine tool has high rigidity and high strength, and the
geometric positioning precision is excellent. And can guarantee the
long-term stability and high precision of the machine.
