3. The guide rail and ball screw adopt the centralized automatic
lubrication system, which caninject oil to each lubrication part
regularly and quantitatively to ensure the uniform lubricationof
each moving surface, effectively reduce the friction resistance,
improve the motion precision, and ensure the service life of the
guide rail and ball screw.
4. Adopt the new design of three-axis roller linear way, and with
high static stiffness, high dynamic stiffness and high thermal
stiffness. The whole casting adopts box and integral structure to
improve the stability of the machine. Lightweight moving parts to
reduce the inertia of the drive system. The whole machine adopts
oil-water separator structure.
