Characteristic of silver DD rotary table
1. The spinde s linked directly to the motor for exclent
responsveness AS a tade off for this responsiveness, the system is
very sensitve to external force and loads,so iis necessary to set
sutable parametes to each appicattion
2. Adjustment is necessary to perform 5-axs simutaneous
machining(synchionzed machining).The standard parameters can be
used for indexing and positioning Ater confiming with the machine
manutfactuer that optional tunctions for synchronized machining are
available,it is necessary to make approptate setings to satsty the
customet's machining time and machining predsion Iquitements. For
simultaneous operation, sutable setings must be made to align the
4th(5th) axis with the three basic axes(XYZ).
3. Clamping operation
Due to the characternstics of the DD table it can be tuned easiy by
hand if power is not being supplied (free run state). The table
wilagain be in the ree run state when the servo turns of after the
brake is appled,unless aproptiate settngs are made,and ths can
cause postioning inaccuracy. Consuit wth the machine manufacture to
ensure that the timing is as shown in the timing chart below to
prevent a free run state torm occurring
